Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service Team as a Customer Service Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Collect trolleys from around the store, car park, and surrounding areas, ensuring a clean and safe shopping environment.
- Rotate through various areas of the store, including customer service, checkout, and scanning groceries, to provide a comprehensive shopping experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you are equipped to provide the best possible service to our customers.
