Service Technician Role Overview

Are you an electrician passionate about contributing to a sustainable future?

Vestas is seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our wind turbines across Regional Western Australia.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduled service inspections and maintenance tasks in accordance with Vestas' specifications
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components
  • Assemble and service components, utilizing internal or external cranes when necessary
  • Ensure a safe working environment, adhering to the highest standards of health and safety

Requirements:

  • Electrical trade certification
  • Good computer skills and experience with various tools and systems
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to other sites
