About the Role

As a key member of our Support Services team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by driving end-to-end recruitment initiatives. With a strong background in successful recruitment management and a passion for people, you will thrive in this dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support with broad range of talent related activities including end-to-end recruitment at times
  • Implement new or improved recruitment strategies and source top talent across various positions
  • Collaborate closely with the business to drive down agency spend and focus on direct recruitment, including international recruitment
  • Contribute to other projects such as EVP, benefits program and Volunteer Program
Requirements
  • Experienced in end-to-end recruitment with a background in handling competing priorities, including visa sponsorship
  • Possess a real passion for people and strong brand advocacy skills
  • Demonstrate exceptional organisational and methodical approach, with impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with bulk recruitment and knowledge/exposure to People and Culture facets
  • Process and procedure expertise, with innovative thinking and idea-sharing abilities
