You are an experienced recruitment professional with a proven track record of handling competing priorities, including visa sponsorship, preferably in the health or aged care industry. You have a passion for people and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

With excellent organisational skills and a methodical approach, you build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through impeccable written and verbal communication. You enjoy working as part of a team to implement efficient and streamlined recruitment systems and processes.

Familiar with bulk recruitment, you possess knowledge and/or previous exposure to various facets of People and Culture. As a process and procedure expert, you think innovatively and aren't afraid to share your ideas and suggest new strategies. In this role, you will partner with leaders to understand their needs and create tailored recruitment solutions, utilising your creativity to uncover top talent.

Your responsibilities will include supporting a broad range of talent-related activities, such as end-to-end recruitment, implementing new or improved recruitment strategies, and sourcing top talent across various positions. You will also work closely with the business to drive down agency spend and focus on direct recruitment, including international recruitment, and assist the talent team with other projects like the EVP, benefits program, and Volunteer Program.
