This role is a strategic financial management opportunity in our growing business. We require an experienced leader to oversee all aspects of financial management.
We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our team, owning and driving finance across the group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic financial leadership, overseeing accounting operations, cash flow management, risk management, and providing strategic financial guidance
- Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to promote best practice and ensure compliance with legislation
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, operations, product development, and finance teams to execute commercial strategies
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team in accounting & finance, business process, and contract & trade sales
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, or related field
- CPA/CA qualifications are essential
- 8-10 years' experience in finance and management
- Experience in managing multiple brands across business units
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Strategic thinking, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, ability to coach and mentor
- Knowledge of NetSuite is beneficial
