Key Financial Systems Role

This pivotal position plays a crucial part in enhancing financial system functionality, ensuring seamless integration across platforms, and delivering process efficiencies that boost operational performance.

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end finance system initiatives, working closely with stakeholders from Finance, Business Transformation, and Information Technology departments. Key responsibilities include leading the optimisation of finance-related systems and processes, maintaining and enhancing business capability maps and finance process documentation, and managing financial data integrity.

Additionally, this role involves coordinating the integration of CRM and business systems with Microsoft Business Central, providing training and support to end users, and promoting the effective use of reporting tools. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in financial systems and process improvement, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and enterprise technology platforms.

Key qualifications and experience include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline, CA or CPA qualification, demonstrated experience in finance systems administration and integration, and proficiency in process mapping, automation, and business analysis.

  • Lead the optimisation of finance-related systems and processes to drive efficiency, automation, and reporting accuracy
  • Maintain and enhance business capability maps and finance process documentation
  • Coordinate the integration of CRM and business systems with Microsoft Business Central
  • Manage financial data integrity, including master data structures, approval matrices, and internal controls
  • Deliver training and support to end users, and promote the effective use of reporting tools
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align system functionality with evolving business requirements
