Job Title: Commercial Database Coordinator

This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual to ensure seamless, compliant, and timely advertising content flow from creation to air.

  • Oversight of TV commercials delivery for campaigns;
  • Seamless coordination with internal teams and external partners;
  • Proactive follow-up on missing material instructions and urgent changes management;
  • Creation of contracts and provision of scripts/vision for billboards and pull-throughs;
  • Accurate input and maintenance of campaign data and check material status;
  • Compliance with industry codes and regulations;
  • Collaboration and support for peers across the network;
