We are seeking experienced trainers to deliver high-quality training programs in aged care, community services, and health.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging training across classroom, workplace, and online settings
- Assess learner competencies and provide constructive feedback
- Contribute positively to the team and student experience
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent (TAE40122, TAE40116, or TAE40110 with required upgrades)
- Current AHPRA Registration (RN) for Registered Nurse Health Sessional Trainer role
- Previous aged care experience for Aged Care Sessional Trainer role
- Experience in employment services or community services for Community Services Trainer role
