The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational running of the store, reporting to the store manager and supporting their team to achieve commercial success. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting and motivating the in-store team to achieve targets
  • Managing retail operations, including stock control and store procedures
  • Ensuring the successful running and trading of the store
  • Developing and nurturing the store team

Prior experience with a leading brand and/or consumer product retailing is preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to apply our core values of dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.
