Role Summary

We are seeking experienced professionals who possess exceptional expertise in structural engineering to join our team as Senior/Lead and Discipline Level Structural Engineers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality structural engineering analysis and design services for foundation, concrete, and steel structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing detailed structural engineering analysis and design for various projects
  • Preparing, reviewing, and checking engineering calculations, technical specifications, and scopes of work
  • Collaborating closely with clients throughout the project lifecycle to deliver value within project performance criteria
  • Mentoring junior engineers and draftspersons through practical guidance during the design and commissioning phases of projects
  • Ensuring technical solutions delivered during the study and design phases meet design review processes and quality requirements
Requirements
  • Civil or Structural Engineering qualification
  • Minimum 3 years postgraduate experience in structural design, particularly in steel and concrete structures for mineral processing plants and related industries
  • Proven experience managing client interactions on design and drafting issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong knowledge of engineering designs and calculations
