About the Role:

Our organization seeks a highly motivated and experienced professional to oversee the operations and maintenance of over 330 MW of utility-scale Solar PV plants across multiple sites in Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team to achieve peak plant efficiency.
  • Manage the day-to-day performance of multiple Solar PV assets to ensure high inverter availability and system uptime.
  • Oversee SCADA operations using platforms such as SIEMENS, Schneider, GPM, and AZZO, in collaboration with industry entities.
  • Monitor plant performance metrics, automate reporting, and reduce preventable performance losses through data analysis and actionable insights.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Maintain strong working relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular meetings to provide operational updates, resolve issues, and manage subcontractors.
HSE Leadership:
  • Enforce rigorous safety and environmental protocols across all sites.
  • Manage the timely submission of performance and HSE reports, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Raise and track technical support tickets and assist in the preparation of work orders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in large-scale solar O&M, site supervision, or asset management.
  • Strong understanding of SCADA systems and solar inverter technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of HSE legislation, practices, and auditing in the renewable energy sector.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate with multinational clients and technical teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time-sensitive reporting and regulatory submissions.
