A leading global law firm seeks an experienced Indirect Tax Lawyer to expand its capability in Sydney. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing market-leading tax advice and day-to-day client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide indirect tax advice and day-to-day client service in relation to indirect taxes as part of the Tax practice.
  • Contribute to strategic insights on tax risk, governance frameworks, and tax issue resolution.
  • Work on a variety of industries, transactions, and client bases.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' indirect tax experience gained within a top-tier law firm, Big 4 professional services firm, or in-house specialist indirect tax team. They must possess a solid understanding of stamp duty and land tax regimes across Australia and/or GST legislation and related jurisprudence.
