Role Responsibilities
As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to our residents, ensuring their comfort and dignity. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Delivering care in line with individualized care plans
  • Facilitating social and recreational activities within the community
  • Providing transportation and support for shopping and appointments

Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals who are not only reliable and compassionate but also possess the following qualifications:
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
  • A minimum of six months experience in a similar role
  • Experience working with elderly individuals, particularly those with chronic health issues
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Adaptability to changing work environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills and empathy for seniors
  • Willingness to accommodate flexible working hours
  • Physical capability to assist residents as needed
  • Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
