About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Counsel to join our in-house team in Sydney or Brisbane. As a key member of our legal team, you will provide corporate legal support to our business on a wide range of corporate, commercial, and project-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts to support the development, commissioning, and operations of renewable energy projects.
  • Reviewing and negotiating general service and supply contracts for the business.
  • Assisting with property and land access matters.
  • Providing ad hoc commercial legal advice.
About You

You will be a corporate/commercial or energy and resources lawyer with approximately 6-10 years' PQE. You will have a solid commercial background and corporate advisory experience. Some experience in a well-regarded law firm is preferred. You will enjoy working autonomously and have a commercial, pragmatic approach.
