Key Responsibilities- Treatment Planning: Present treatment plans to patients, outlining the best course of action for their orthodontic needs.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Practice Management: Assist with the day-to-day operations of the practice, including front desk duties and administrative tasks.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our orthodontists, dental assistants, and other team members to ensure seamless patient care.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental treatment coordination role, preferably in an orthodontic practice.
- Qualifications: Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting is highly regarded, but not essential.
