Key Responsibilities- Lead and model company leadership and inclusive behaviors, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture that energizes, engages, and empowers.
- Oversight of daily operations of the cell culture and viral antigen production areas, ensuring timely preparation and distribution of operational reporting.
- Effectively communicate plans, metrics, mitigation issues, and recovery plans to the team, applying MPS tools to lead and support issue mitigation, management, and recovery.
- Drive operational efficiency and ensure targets are met, supporting strategies for growth and technical process advancement for the cell culture and viral antigen manufacture.
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent qualifications or industry experience.
- Extensive prior work experience in a regulated and/or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of GMP and quality systems, with a sound understanding of aseptic processes and GMP behaviors.
- Strong verbal and written communication, coaching, organization, and teamwork skills, with the ability to establish strong working relationships and provide supportive leadership to their team.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and aptitude to train and utilize workers in a multi-faceted environment, with an ability or willingness to develop data analysis skill sets to drive digital capabilities/solutions.
- Sound understanding of EHS risk escalation, investigation, and mitigation processes, with the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
