Exploring Customers' Needs
\We believe in empowering our customers to achieve their financial goals. To do this, we're looking for a skilled Customer Advisor who can engage with customers through in-depth conversations.
\This role requires you to keep up with constant change, supporting our customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs. You'll also be the face of the branch and customer service, becoming our customers' go-to person for anything from processing transactions to handling cash or assisting with paperwork.
\To succeed in this role, you'll need to consistently deliver exceptional customer service. This means having experience in a customer service environment and the ability to achieve targets, as well as strong attention to detail to ensure secure, accurate transactions with a risk mindset.
