Customer Advisor Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Advisor to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our service delivery, responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and helping customers achieve their banking goals.

As a Customer Advisor, you will have the autonomy to explore customers' needs through in-depth conversations, partner with specialists within the branch, and support customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs.

The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a drive for collaboration. Experience in the banking and finance industry is a plus, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Explore customers' needs through in-depth conversations and partner with specialists within the branch
  • Support customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs
  • Ensure secure and accurate transactions while maintaining a risk mindset
Requirements:
  • Experience in a customer service environment and ability to achieve targets
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Drive for collaboration and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face-to-face and over the phone
