The RoleWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Nurse to join our team at St Marys. As an Assistant Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day individual care needs of our residents are met and maintained, under the supervision and direction of the Registered Nurse.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities and medication management
- Work collaboratively with the Registered Nurse and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in continuous quality improvement activities and ongoing education programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Certificate III / IV in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
- Current Criminal Record Check
- Proven experience working in Aged Care
- Highly developed customer service and communication skills
