Process Systems Design Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Process Systems Design Lead to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop our capability in process systems design, working on high-profile projects that shape the future of industries worldwide. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex projects, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies, enhancing our process systems design capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design and delivery.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering growth and development within the team.
  • Coordinate and manage the work of overseas designers, ensuring efficient workflow and quality standards.
  • Utilize integrated design systems, data management tools, and software platforms like ProjectWise and Bentley OpenPlant to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in process systems design, including leadership roles and experience working on small, medium, and major projects.
  • Strong knowledge of process design principles, relevant industry standards, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to work in collaborative environments, adapt to changing project requirements, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills, with a focus on developing team members and upskilling junior designers.
  • Experience with integrated design systems, data management tools, and software platforms is highly desirable.
