Director of Project Delivery

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to lead the delivery of multiple healthcare fit-out projects.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with expertise in project planning, scheduling, cost control, and budgeting. They will be responsible for developing construction programs and overseeing project delivery, while providing technical expertise to clients.
- Manage up to 8 small projects concurrently
- Develop and implement effective project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Collaborate with design and construction teams to deliver high-quality results
- Demonstrate strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills
- Minimum 7 years' experience in project management within fit-out or shop-fit-out projects as a principal contractor
- Experience delivering rollout projects
- Tertiary qualification in Construction (highly regarded)
- Construction or shopfitting experience
- Experience managing multiple projects valued up to $500k
- Design and construct experience is advantageous
- Flexibility to work from home on Fridays
- Mentorship and support from experienced team members
- New office located in Brighton with opportunities for interstate travel within a national company
