Are you a dynamic leader looking to drive success in a high-performing team? We are seeking an experienced Personal Training Manager to oversee our Personal Training offering and contribute to the growth of our fitness clubs.

Job Description:

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and developing a team of personal trainers. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional coaching and support to our members, helping them achieve their fitness goals.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing effective business strategies to expand our client base, increase revenue, and meet our targets.
  • Overseeing HIIT classes, timetables, and delivering classes that inspire engagement and ensure a high-quality service across all fitness experiences.
  • Maintaining high service standards, compliance, and a safe training environment for both members and staff.
  • Driving our in-club 8-week challenge while enhancing member engagement and participation.
  • Working with departmental leaders to improve the overall fitness experience, attending management meetings, completing reports, and ensuring trainer staffing aligns with our club's needs.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in supervisory or leadership roles, with a Cert III & IV in Fitness and current First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Proven success in Personal Training or small business management, with a passion for helping others build thriving careers.
  • Confident, dedicated, and performance-driven, with the ability to excel under pressure while guiding teams to success.
  • Excellent time management skills, consistently meeting targets, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Authentic, customer service-oriented, and passionate about fostering strong member connections.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with management, staff, and members, promoting teamwork and professionalism.
  • A motivating role model who embodies a healthy lifestyle, loves the gym culture, and communicates effectively.
  • Australian working rights are essential.
