As a Personal Training Manager, you will oversee the recruitment, mentoring and development of a high-performing PT team. This role requires effective business strategies to expand client bases, increase personal training revenue, and meet club targets.
The Role:- Attract, recruit, and onboard PTs who align with the fitness brand's culture and values.
- Implement operational plans to enhance the personal training offering, drive revenue growth, and achieve business objectives.
- Maintain high service standards, ensure compliance, and provide a safe training environment for members and staff.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience, Cert III & IV in Fitness, and current First Aid/CPR certification.
- Proven success in Personal Training or small business management, with a passion for helping others build thriving careers.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for business development.
