Warehouse & Sales Role Overview

The role of Warehouse and Sales Representative is to provide exceptional customer service, efficiently manage warehouse operations, and support sales targets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless product receiving, verifying quantities, and maintaining accurate system updates and storage. You will also assist in product testing and troubleshooting as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Unload trucks safely and support smooth customer pick-ups.
  • Take charge of product receiving, verifying quantities, and ensuring seamless system updates and storage.
  • Replenish stock on the sales floor, keeping shelves full and customers happy, while ensuring customer safety at all times.
  • Owning stock integrity through the accurate completion of cycle counts and maintaining a pristine, organised workspace.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have prior dynamic warehouse and customer service experience. Capable of safely lifting up to 25kg and awkward shaped items. Tech-savvy, and can effortlessly communicate via email, easily submit reports, and maintain integrity accuracy with ease. Self-driven, who thrives in an independent work environment and always takes initiative to get the job done. Passionate about engaging with customers and delivering exceptional experiences that put their needs first. Always committed to upholding top-tier work health and safety practices. A true team player, who collaborates seamlessly with others to achieve shared goals. Mandatory to have a valid (LF) Forklift License.
