Solution-Focused Mental Health Specialist

This role offers the opportunity to provide solution-focused therapy and make a positive impact on individuals' mental health.
The successful candidate will be working with diverse clients, delivering six online sessions per day and supporting them in developing self-regulation strategies and achieving their mental health goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver short-term, solution-focused therapy to members within a stepped care model.
- Conduct six online counselling sessions per day.
- Work with members from diverse backgrounds, providing culturally safe and inclusive support.
- Assist members in developing self-regulation strategies and achieving their mental health goals.
- Consult with internal and external health and wellbeing providers to implement individualised care plans.
To excel in this role, candidates must have a growth mindset, be passionate about delivering high-quality work, and embody the Sonder values. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum Bachelor's degree in Counselling from Australia or New Zealand, valid registration with a professional body, and at least three years of direct experience in 1-2-1 therapy sessions with adults.
