We are seeking a Mental Health Specialist to join our team.
About the RoleThe role of Mental Health Specialist involves enhancing employee wellbeing and managing the risk of psychological harm through the provision of mental health and organisational consultancy and counselling services.
The successful candidate will work closely with employees, supervisors, and managers to promote a healthy and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide short-term solution-focused counselling and wellbeing services to NSW Police Force employees;
- Develop and deliver training programs to promote mental health and wellbeing;
- Implement proactive and preventative interventions to reduce psychosocial risks;
- Advise on the effectiveness of implemented programs and systems to manage psychosocial risks.
