Project Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with transformation experience in the financial sector. The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end delivery of projects across business, regulatory, and technology streams, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and with measurable value for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  • Oversee change management activities to ensure smooth adoption across the organisation.
  • Monitor project performance, providing regular updates and insights to executives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within financial services or a regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of superannuation industry operations, legislation, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.
  • Relevant qualifications in Project Management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications).
