Job Title: Diligence Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead due diligence engagements for private equity investors and strategic corporate buyers.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  1. Project manage information flows and manage key stakeholders
  2. Analyse financial/operational results of targets through reviewing accounting records and conducting interviews with management
  3. Identify and analyse key value drivers to deliver financial and commercial insights, which directly impact deal value and deal structuring
  4. Write up findings and recommendations based on analysis
  5. Assist Partners and Directors with business development activities and initiatives
Requirements
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, business, finance or economics
  • Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants or international equivalent
  • A strong work ethic and ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas in a collaborative team environment
  • Highly analytical individuals who enjoy solving deal value questions within short timelines
