Key Responsibilities- Manage and install battery systems and solar applications in RVs, trucks, and vans.
- Perform rough-in wiring of the chassis for battery and solar systems.
- Integrate battery management and solar applications to run hot water services.
- Ensure installations comply with safety and quality standards.
- Lead the design, documentation, building, and installation of electrical boards and wiring looms from start to finish.
- Design and fit internal and external components to the build.
- Customize and modify work for accessories prior to installation.
- Follow build sheets and work instructions.
- Experience with battery management systems in RVs.
- Ability to install and understand battery and solar applications in an RV setting.
- Physical fitness for hands-on installation work.
- Openness to undergo drug and alcohol testing.
- No charges or convictions for crimes.
- Proficient understanding of battery management systems and installations.
- Experience in rough-in wiring of chassis for battery and solar systems advantageous.
- Knowledge of 12V electrical systems and 240V to 9V/24V converter.
- Highly developed diagnostic, trouble-shooting, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and Quality Control.
