About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fitter Machinist to join our Engineering team at Stratco. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling a variety of components and equipment, including lathe and mill work, cutting, drilling, and welding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabrication and assembly of components and equipment
  • Lathe and mill work, cutting, drilling, and welding
  • Commissioning and installation of roll forming and other sheet metal equipment
  • Assistance with R&D activities
  • Adherence to Stratco's safety and associated policies and procedures

About You

We are looking for an individual with a passion for their profession, who has a formal trade qualification in Fitting & Turning or Toolmaking, and experience in a toolroom environment. You will have a strong commitment to producing quality products, manual machining and fitting experience, and excellent communication skills.
