Education Portfolio Lead Role

This is a full-time permanent position working primarily out of our office as well as visiting hospital locations.

Your Part in Our Team
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop and manage education portfolios across hospitals.
  • Manage teams ensuring consistent training and education to clinical and non-clinical portfolios.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Review and implement efficiencies to processes and procedures enhancing the overall hospitals education program offerings.
  • Facilitate creation of learning courses addressing staff skills gaps.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders developing new programs arising from internal review and audit recommendations.
  • Work with education team members transforming complex information into engaging educational content.
  • Review effectiveness of clinical graduate programs seeking opportunities for improved efficiency.
  • Provide insight contributing to policy development as required.
  • Maintain effective networks partnering relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Provide people management leadership to education team members.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar expert role within a learning or clinical education function.
  • Demonstrated experience assessing learning needs and developing solutions.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
  • Expert knowledge of Hospital accreditation standards.
  • Excellent knowledge of adult learning principles methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management project management skills.
  • Proven ability leading teams through process improvement change initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal written communication skills.
