Centre Manager Opportunity at Great Beginnings Oran Park

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Manager to lead our team at Great Beginnings Oran Park. As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the childcare centre, including staffing, budget management, and communication with parents and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the professional development of Childcare Educators and Teachers, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans that support the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times, following all policies and procedures
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations
  • Foster a positive and inclusive culture that promotes teamwork and respect for diversity
Requirements:
  • ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
