Hoist Operator Role

The role of a Hoist Operator is crucial in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for operating the hoist, ensuring a clean workspace, and assisting with material loading and unloading processes.

  • A current Personnel & Material Hoist Ticket (HP - High Risk) is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to handle materials and assist with rubbish removal and bins, are essential.
  • Strong physical stamina is required due to the physically demanding nature of the role.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and self-motivation are highly valued traits in this position.
Key Requirements:
  • Must have a valid HP - High Risk ticket.
  • White Card and PPE required.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work at heights.
  • Good understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
