Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive urban renewal and precinct-level design and remediation projects that transform communities.
  • Support large-scale infrastructure projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Provide property due diligence and transactional advisory services for industrial and commercial real estate.
  • Offer technical advisory, expert witness services, and regulatory strategy support.
  • Collaborate with contaminated land auditors (with optional audit support opportunities).

Requirements:

  • A tertiary qualification in environmental science or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
  • At least 10 years' experience in environmental consulting, ideally in Australia.
  • Proven skills in building relationships, managing projects, and driving business development.
  • Experience crafting winning proposals for projects of all sizes.
  • A passion for mentoring and developing junior staff.
