About the Role
  • Demonstrate expert clinical assessment, planning, and management of patients across Urology specialties.
  • Rotate through Clinical Nurse Case Coordination, Referral Liaison, Urodynamics, and Flexicystoscopy.
  • Provide clinical leadership, mentoring, and support to nursing staff and students.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement patient care plans that promote optimal outcomes.
  2. Build strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
  3. Mentor and guide junior nurses to advance their skills and confidence.
