About the Role:

  • Job Type: Full-time or Part-time (Variable shifts)
  • Work Environment: Store-based, warehouse, or distribution centre settings
  • Hourly Rate: $22-$28 per hour, depending on location and experience

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Restock shelves, replenish stock, and maintain a clean, organized store environment
  • Process transactions efficiently, handle cash, operate EFTPOS machines, and manage till operations
  • Assist with visual merchandising, maintaining product displays, and promoting sales
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and support store objectives
  • Contribute to store initiatives, attend meetings, and participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Retail or equivalent qualification desirable
  • Previous retail experience an advantage, particularly in a similar role or industry
  • A strong passion for delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales goals
  • An ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Demonstrated teamwork and communication skills, with a focus on building positive relationships
