Job Opportunity

Casual position available at a residential aged care community, providing care and support to residents.

  • The role involves delivering quality care provision in accordance with individualised assessed care needs.
  • Ensure all aspects of resident care align with the individualised care plan or as directed by registered nurses and/or care managers.
  • Timely reporting of incidents to registered nurses or care managers is essential.
  • Completion of activities related to residents' care documentation plans is required.
  • Notify registered nurses in charge and/or care managers of any changes in resident care promptly.
  • Deliver care within the scope of practice for an AIN and adhere to Bolton Clarke's Quality Management Committee guidelines.
The Ideal Candidate Must Possess The Following Skills And Qualifications
  • Hold a Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care.
  • Minimum of 12 months experience working as an AIN in residential aged care would be highly desirable.
  • Demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and a strong commitment to work.
  • Effectively communicate with residents, families, and all levels of staff.
  • Exhibit a strong passion for working with the elderly population.
  • Comply with mandatory COVID and annual flu vaccination requirements.
