Opportunity Overview

A leading infrastructure business is seeking an experienced Electrical Infrastructure Project Lead to spearhead the delivery of a portfolio of critical electrical infrastructure projects.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Proven end-to-end project management experience across HV electrical infrastructure, with substation or battery storage experience being advantageous.
  • Relevant qualifications in project management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • The ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
  • A solutions-focused mindset.
Job Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing detailed project budgets and plans.
  • Creating compelling project proposals and managing overall project financials.
  • Managing internal and external stakeholders, including design teams, internal delivery teams, and contractors, ensuring quality, timeliness, and coordination of project deliverables.
  • Monthly progress and budget reporting.
  • Pre-empting and resolving project delivery issues.

You will be based out of one of our multiple office locations in Sydney, with the ability to work part of your week from home. This is an initial 12-month contract with potential for further extension.
