Real Estate Professional Opportunity

This role offers the chance to participate in all aspects of real estate loan originations and be staffed on several assignments at once.

  • Underwriting of commercial real estate backed debt investments
  • Execution of a wide range of transactions across real estate asset classes, including new originations and modifications of existing investments
  • Management and servicing of a portfolio of existing commercial real estate debt investments
  • Management of borrower relationships
  • Conducting asset tours, market research, competitive and financial analysis
  • Development of presentations and reporting for internal and external use

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong academic achievement with an undergraduate degree
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience ideally in real estate asset investments, private equity, lending, investment banking or brokerage
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects at a time
  • A self-starter, but able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Genuine interest in the real estate industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong work ethic, genuine passion for excellence, results-oriented
  • Personal and professional integrity
  • Advanced user in Excel and PowerPoint

Key Responsibilities:

The selected professional will be responsible for:

  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
  • Analysis of financial data to inform investment decisions
  • Development of reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders
