We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced nurse who can provide high-quality patient care, work effectively as part of a team, and maintain accurate records. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care, adhering to best practice standards and guidelines
  • Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history and treatment plans
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, working closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient outcomes
">Requirements
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role, preferably in a general practice setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Capacity to maintain accurate records, including medical history and treatment plans
