About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at IPAR. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals with return to work services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Case management and coordination to ensure effective return to work outcomes
  • Development and implementation of injury prevention and workplace education programs
  • Collaboration with employers, employees, medical professionals, and allied health experts to achieve optimal results
  • Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify and address workplace hazards and barriers
Requirements
  • Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation Counselling, or Psychology
  • Full Professional Registration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
  • Passion for injury prevention and return to work
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
