As a dynamic Business Development/Relationship Manager, you'll drive Mortgage Manager relationships, originate quality lending opportunities, and be a true partner to the third-party channel.
About the Role
- Identify and grow relationships with Mortgage Managers
- Drive loan volume growth through proactive BDM activities
- Present product solutions tailored to our Third Party Channel/client needs
- Work closely with credit and operations to ensure seamless service
- Represent the brand at industry events and networking opportunities
- Provide market feedback to help shape product and process improvements
About You
- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager within mortgage lending space
- Understanding of credit, loan structures, and mortgage distribution
- Clear communicator with a customer-first mindset
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about lending and making a meaningful impact
