Thermal Technician Position

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician with thermal expertise to join our team. As an Architect of Continuity, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous operation and optimal performance of critical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attending customer service calls and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintaining a high level of safety while working on ladders, scissor lifts, scaffolding, energized electrical equipment, refrigerant lines, and pressure vessels
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks efficiently
  • Lifting, carrying, relocating equipment and components safely

Requirements:

  • Holding a Restricted Electrical License
  • Having technical knowledge in data centers, telecom, commercial, or industrial industries
  • Possessing a proven track record as a service technician in the air-conditioning or precision cooling industry
  • Being proficient in Thermal controls and networking knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
