Workday HCM Principal Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Workday HCM initiatives. As a principal consultant, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workday HCM and Learning products, including design, configuration, testing, and implementation.

Your primary objective will be to guide clients through transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday HCM implementation.

  • Become an expert in Workday HCM and Learning products.
  • Recommend solutions based on client requirements.
  • Facilitate design sessions and configuration decisions using best practices.
  • Engage and support clients throughout project phases.
  • Work with integration team to configure and test integrations.
  • Display hands-on expertise in software.
  • Utilize technical aptitude to convert and map data sources.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, HR Management, HRIS, or related field.
  • 2+ years of Workday HCM and Learning functional implementation experience.
  • 2-5 years Human Resources, Payroll, or Financial software experience.
  • Demonstrated functional experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or Financials Management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge.
