Job Summary:

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday HCM professional to support the successful implementation of our Human Capital Management system.

Job Description

BDO's Enterprise Product Management team is responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. As a Workday HCM Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the configuration and deployment of our Workday system, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems and processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR business processes, with experience in configuring and supporting Workday HCM modules. They will also possess excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Configuring and supporting Workday HCM modules;
  • Providing Workday system support via the ticketing system;
  • Participating in continued Workday feature release updates;
  • Developing and maintaining clear system documentation;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in configuring and supporting Workday HCM modules;
  • Strong knowledge of HR business processes and best practices;
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
