Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fitness Coach to join our team of movement specialists. The ideal candidate will have a passion for training and coaching, with a strong focus on intelligent pursuit of health.

The successful applicant will work closely with our Allied Health team, including Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, and other skilled Strength and Conditioning coaches. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to expand their skills and experiences in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Coaching and directing group exercise classes (CrossFit, Strength & Conditioning, Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics etc)
  • New member orientations and initial assessments
  • 1-on-1 fundamentals and performance training
  • Working alongside our Allied Health team to support individuals with specific needs
  • Basic customer service, daily operations, and light administration duties
  • Lead-generation and club culture activities
Essentials
  • Professional indemnity and public liability insurance must be valid
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Minimum 2 years' experience required
  • Knowledge and experience in Strength Principles and Training

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Supplementary Pay: Commission
