About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our passionate team in a retail environment. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for engaging a team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales to achieve targets. You will also manage the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales and Deliver Against KPIs: Utilize your commercial retail expertise to drive sales and meet key performance indicators.
  • Team Leadership: Work alongside the team to ensure the upkeep and layout of the store meets the company's standards.
  • Rostering and Customer Service: Develop and implement effective rostering strategies to ensure great customer service.
  • Training and Development: Train new and existing team members to ensure product and process standards are understood.
  • Stock Management: Conduct regular stocktakes to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting, including sales reporting, to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Commercial Retail Expertise: You will have strong commercial retail skills, including merchandising, rostering, and sales administration.
  • Communication and Customer Service Skills: You will have exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Availability: You will be able to work on a fixed roster across the week, as well as every second Saturday.
