We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our passionate team based in Wagga Wagga. You will be responsible for engaging a team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales to achieve targets as well as manage the day-to day operations of the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The ability to drive sales and deliver against KPI’s,
  • Work alongside the team, ensure the upkeep and layout of the store is in line with RB Sellars standards,
  • Rostering to ensure great customer service,
  • Train new and existing team members to ensure product and process standards are understood,
  • Stocktakes,
  • Regular reporting, including sales reporting, is part of the role, along with identifying talent and recruiting new team members where necessary.

ABOUT YOU

  • A love of the country and a passion for our product and our brand
  • You will have exceptional leadership skills to engage and develop a united team
  • A commercial retail operator with strong organisation skills across merchandising, rostering and sales administration
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Able to work on a fixed roster across the week as well as every second Saturday
