Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Local Delivery and Sales Representative. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing support to our trade customers.

Your primary focus will be on loading and accurately tracking delivery runs, maintaining high standards of general housekeeping within the branch and vehicles, and handling over-the-counter retail trade sales and customer quotes.

You will also be involved in picking orders, warehousing, and stock control activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with our customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • No prior industry experience is required, but a customer service background is essential.
  • You must possess confidence, initiative, and enthusiasm, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A clean driver's license and basic computer skills are also necessary.
