Role Overview

The role involves batching and plant operations, as well as driving a concrete agitator truck to deliver products to customers. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, with a strong work ethic and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.

 

Job Description
  • Batching & Plant Operations:
    • Operate the batch plant and monitor product quality.
    • Assist in material handling, ensuring efficient and safe processes.
    • Perform basic maintenance to ensure plant safety and cleanliness.
  • Driving & Delivery:
    • Safely operate a concrete agitator truck for deliveries.
    • Complete a 10-day training program on agitator operation, slump testing, and safe delivery.
    • Deliver concrete to construction sites, prioritizing customer service.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Essential Requirements:
    • Hold a valid Heavy Rigid (HR) license.
    • Be eager to learn batching operations.
    • Have (or be willing to obtain) a White Card.
    • Be physically fit and capable of manual tasks.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Enjoy teamwork, safety, and customer satisfaction.
    • Have experience in a similar role or industry.
